Adelaide Clemens

Brisbane Australia was the birthplace and home of my parents. Daughter of a British father. Clemens first started her acting career in Australian television during high school. Clemens was a guest on a 2006 episode on Blue Water High as Juliet and in 2007 she starred in the show for children Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji as Alison. Clemens, who played Harper during the year, in the Showtime's Love My Way drama was nominated by the Logie Awards as the Graham Kennedy Award winner for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens starred with Sigrid Axavier of Xavier Sigrid Cropper Andrew McFarlane and Linda Cropper in Dream Life 2008. The show starred MTV Networks Australia. The actress became Jan Logan's face in jewellery in that year.Clemens made the move from Australia to Los Angeles California in 2009. Clemens starred in the 2010 film Wasted on the Young as Xandrie. Clemens appeared in Camilla Dickinson (2012) together with Gregg Sulkin Cary Elwes Samantha Mathis. The film was a dramatic adaptation of the novel by Madeleine L'Engle that had the same name. Clemens portrayed Heather Mason as a teenager and was on Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The Silent Hill 3 sequel was an adaptation from the Silent Hill 3 horror videogame. Clemens was cast as Valentine Wannop a young suffragette. Clemens made her film debut in the 2012 horror film No One Lives with Luke Evans. She also appeared in 2013's film The Great Gatsby based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel by the same name. Catherine Wilson played Isla's younger sister. Clemens is Tawney Talbot who was the protagonist of Ray McKinnon's 2013 Sundance Channel TV miniseries Rectify. Natalie Dormer, Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto will join her in The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
